- The main characters' names each have an origin. Paul's name is the middle name of the director (Paweł). Tito is a nickname of his cousin. Bobby's original name, Roman - comes from the fact that he's a vivid romantic. Greg is a reference to a controversial Polish politician, Grzegorz Braun.
- The characters were created in sp-studio.de, and the scenography was built in Minecraft, and in later episodes, Garry's Mod was also used.
- The idea for Split Personality originated during a school trip to Turkey.
- The episodes would last about 11:30, if they were animated. This length is carefully measured by the director himself.
- The Tawny Tim's production section, along with it's building, is based on the building of the director's workplace. Some of the workers of TT are based on their real counterparts.
- The Tawny Tim's franchise itself is based of Tough Tom's, a mix between Burger King and Subway, a restaurant created on the director's private Minecraft server.
- Several characters were supposed to have different names, e.g. Plyusnin - Milo, Pat - Kevin, Miko - Misu, Crystal - Susie, Cameron - Gilbert.
- Dirty Joe and his friends come from School RP, a show created by a director's friend.
- Dave, Harry, and their friends come from Schoolers, a comic created by the director from ca. 2016 to 2021.
- Rafael, Daniel, and Miguel Angel come from an unreleased machinima of the director. More characters from the machinima include Gustavo, who can be seen standing next to Daniel in one of the promo images, Eduardo, one of the hooligans in a gray shirt, and brothers Mateo and Simon.
- Remus is based on a real friend of the director, who is also black.
- Gerald's robotic behavior is an inside joke in the director's high school.
- Tawny Tim's hires exactly 57 workers in Santa Santana.
- Some early character designs were changed, because they looked too similar to their real life counterparts.
- The Director's name, Nicky, was supposed to be the director's first name, rather than Jimmy.
Episode trivia
- Many background characters from episode 2 come from Morphagamma, a cancelled production of Idiot Film Studios from 2019-2021.
- In an early version of episode 3, Uncle Johnny's fishing boat was supposed to sink.
- In the skit from the same episode, the Pope was supposed to appear, but he was cut.
- The concert hall in episode 4 was supposed to collapse and kill the Russian mafia, but it was cut.
- Episode 5 was originally 13 minutes long, but several scenes were cut. One of them include a highly controversial scene, where Paul has intercourse with Angie, and is kicked out of the house by Madison.
- The Scooter Brothers skit is a reference to the famous GTA 4 video by the same name..
- In episode 7, a scene where Tito chews down on the cereal box and starts choking was cut.
- In the Polish version, the boys visited California. This has been changed to Baja California in the English version.
- In the same episode, the scene with the Brazilian guests was cut short in the English version.
- The Military Skit is a reference to a scene from the game Ray 3, where a soldier throws sand at his friend's eyes.
- Bobby cutting all of his hair off is a reference to a 2001 Nickelodeon short, "The mirror has 1000 faces.".
- The Cobras are a reference to the Ballas from the GTA series.
- The scene where Tito knocked over all of the shelves is a reference to "Shell Shocked", from SpongeBob Squarepants.
- Episode 10 partially predicted Poland's performance at the Euro 2024, because Poland got the last place in their group, and lost goals to Cody Gakpo and Kylian Mbappé.
- In the same episode, Tito was supposed to play as a defender for the Santa Santana Masters.
- During the hooligans' fight in the changing room, the PE teacher can be seen. It's kinda foreshadowing, I guess.
